In order to register to the Symposium, you will be required to fill in a registration form available on this page.
If you are the presenting author of an abstract accepted for presentation at the Symposium, please fill in our acceptance form to proceed with your registration.
If you would like to join us as a participant (including the co-authors of papers accepted for presentation who will not present the paper at the Symposium) you will be requested to fill in a separate registration form (available soon).
Before you proceed with the registration process, please take a moment to read the terms and conditions outlined below.
Registration will only be deemed valid following receipt of payment for the fee due.

Reimbursement
Authors:
Entrance fee WILL not be refunded in the following cases:
- if the paper is withdrawn
- if the paper is submitted after the deadline for inclusion in the Proceedings
- if the author cannot present the paper at the Conference
Participants:
Eurowaste Srl will reimburse registration fees already paid if written request or cancellation is submitted.
Reimbursement will be as follows:
- 80% before 30 September 2012
- 50% before 20 October 2012
- No refund will be possible after this date
