INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS
All authors presenting their paper in an oral session are required to send a PowerPoint presentation to info@venicesymposium.it by 18th November 2024.
All oral presentations will be delivered in person. Each presentation should last no more than 10 minutes.
During the presentation company advertising or commercial propaganda should be avoided. Authors' affiliations or company logos should be very discreet.
There is no specific template for the conference, authors can prepare their presentation as they wish.
On site, speakers should contact the Session Chair 10 minutes before the beginning of their session. The Chair will be available in the conference hall where the session is to take place. Speakers should be present at the conference table from the beginning of the session and remain for the entire duration. If your allotted time runs out during your presentation, do not under any circumstances hurry to finish the entire presentation but go straight to the conclusions. To this regard, it may be of use to prepare a slide illustrating the conclusions in a summarised version.
A member of our staff will be available at the Speakers' Desk for last-minute check, changes and all requirements.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Posters will be made available to Symposium delegates at all times only in digital format on our official app and on a designated computer always accessible in one of the conference rooms.
Delegates will be able to browse through all poster presentations and contact the authors for questions and discussion.
Authors are kindly requested to display the contents of their paper in a few slides of a PowerPoint presentation (2-3 slides, horizontal format) and send the PPT file by email to info@venicesymposium.it no later than 18th November 2024.
Under no circumstances may posters contain any kind of advertising or commercial propaganda.
There is no specific template for the conference, authors can prepare their poster presentation as they wish.
Please do not bring a printed copy of your poster, as it will not be possible to display them at the venue.
