Enjoy an exclusive selection of fine Italian wines served throughout the evening. The best local experts will be describing the great wines of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region: the tradition and passion of a region that has made wine its raison d’être.

Bacaro Tour

Join us in a "Bàcaro Tour", a typical Venetian itinerant ritual! The Bàcaro tour is an alternative and fun way to discover the city by night, going from bacaro to bacaro, around the sestieri (districts) of Venice, enjoying a few glasses of wine or spritz and delicious appetizers with friends.
Grouped in 6/8 persons and guided by local friends and members of our staff, we will discover the most authentic "bacari" of the city.
All participants will pay for their own drinks and snacks.

Gala Dinner & Masquerade Party
WEDNESDAY - 27 NOVEMBER 2024 / h. 20:00
We will close the Venice Symposium with an exciting social event in the beautiful setting of Salone del Ridotto in the Hotel Monaco & Grand Canal, historically known for hosting the wildest parties and entertainment in Venice during the XVII century.
To make these spaces relive the glories of the past, on Wednesday, 27 November, join the Gala dinner and celebrate with us the closure of the conference with a dancing party in typical Venetian style. The event will consist of a seated dinner, music and dance entertainment, starting from 20:00 to the early hours!
DRESS CODE: Black or red attire with a Venetian Mask!
