This year the Venice Symposium offers the possibility to organize specific workshops, or other practical activities, to showcase your Company in a slot of 60-75 minutes to be included in the conference programme.
Starting from the analysis of specific problems, through the presentation of peculiar case studies, it will be possible to illustrate the activity of your company with a technical and commercial approach.
HOW TO APPLY
If you are interested in promoting your company organising a technical-commercial workshop, please send your proposal to the Organising Secretariat at info@venicesymposium.it
Proposals should be prepared using the template for companies and include the following details:
Workshop title
Company short presentation
Scope and short description of the workshop
List of speakers and titles of presentations (case studies and peculiarities, etc...)
Eventual practical activities
Maximum number of participants allowed (if any)
Equipment needed (if any)
Proposers may express a preference with regard to the date of scheduling of the session. Proposals should pass the selection of the Symposium Chairs.
Please note that the technical/commercial workshop is an advertising service for companies. Following notification of acceptance the organizer will be requested to fill the COMPANIES BOOKING FORM.
What's included:
• One slot of 60-75 minutes to be included in the conference programme in a dedicated track of sessions
• Set up of a roll-up banner and a small table for the distribution of company brochures in the main registration hall, throughout the entire Symposium
• Company logo + profile on the Symposium website (and App) with a one-page advert (allowing for inclusion of a range of contents – images and videos – and download of company brochures)
• Company logo + profile + advertising page in the Companies section of the programme
• Conference registration not included
